Black Pig
The Nebrodi Black Pig is a Slow Food Presidium. It lives semi-wild, feeding on acorns and forest roots. Its meat has a rare quality: intense flavour, natural tenderness and a noble fat that smells of the earth.

Fine cured meats and cheeses
Our cured meats are made with the highest quality meat from local farms that adhere to strict animal welfare standards. Each piece is handmade according to ancient recipes that enhance the unique flavour of the raw ingredients. The curing process takes place naturally in controlled environments to guarantee an unmistakable taste.
The cheeses we offer are the result of skilful processing of fresh milk from the Nebrodi mountains, collected daily from local pastures. From pecorino to caciocavallo, every bite is a journey through the flavours of authentic Sicily.
The Nebrodi Black Pig
The Nebrodi Black Pig breed, native to Sicily, is widespread in the Nebrodi mountain range. These pigs, recognisable by their dark coat, are rustic and hardy, accustomed to living in a semi-wild state and feeding on acorns and roots from the undergrowth. Extensive farming gives their meat a superior quality, appreciated for its intense flavour and tenderness.
Among the most prized cured meats are prosciutto aged for at least 18 months, capocollo flavoured with local spices, pancetta, sausage seasoned with wild fennel, and soppressata made with premium cuts. Each product reflects the richness of the Nebrodi territory, offering an authentic gastronomic experience.
